Puxco delivers products digitally (by email and/or account access). This page explains how delivery works, typical timeframes, and what to do if you don’t receive your digital item.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All products sold by Puxco are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped or mailed. Digital delivery may include license keys, activation instructions, download guidance, or account access.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
In most cases, delivery is initiated automatically after successful payment confirmation. You should receive your delivery email shortly after checkout.
- Typical delivery: within minutes after payment confirmation
- Occasional delays: may occur due to verification checks, email provider filtering, or technical issues
3. Business Hours Processing
Most orders are delivered automatically. If an order requires manual review or verification, it may be processed during business hours.
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time)
- Weekend/holidays: limited processing for manual checks
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, customers should:
- Provide an accurate email address during checkout
- Check spam/junk folders if the delivery email is not received
- Ensure your email provider allows messages from our domain
- Contact support if delivery is not received within 24 hours
5. Our Responsibilities
We aim to provide a reliable delivery experience. We will:
- Send digital delivery after successful payment confirmation
- Provide basic guidance for installation and activation (where applicable)
- Resend delivery information if the original email was lost or filtered
- Support customers with delivery-related issues
6. Failed Delivery Policy
If delivery fails due to technical issues, incorrect email details, or email provider restrictions:
- We will attempt redelivery once the issue is confirmed
- Customers may request a resend via support
- If delivery cannot be completed, refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy

7. International Digital Delivery
Digital delivery is available internationally. Delivery speed is not affected by location, but local device requirements, language preferences, and regional restrictions may vary by product.
