Orders & Payments

How do I place an order on Puxco?
Add your product to cart, proceed to checkout, enter your email and payment details, and complete payment. After payment confirmation, digital delivery is sent to your email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods available at checkout may include major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets. Available options can vary depending on your location and device.
I was charged but didn’t receive my order email. What should I do?
First check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, email support@puxco.co with your checkout email and any order reference so we can resend.

Shipping & Digital Delivery

Do you ship physical products?
No. Products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped or mailed.
How fast is digital delivery?
Most orders are delivered shortly after successful payment confirmation. In some cases, additional verification or email provider filtering may cause delays.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Contact support as soon as possible. We can help update delivery details after verifying the order.

Activation & Troubleshooting

Where can I find activation instructions?
Activation instructions are usually included in your delivery email. If you need help, contact support and provide your order email.
My key isn’t working. What information should I send support?
Please include:
  • Your order email and order number (if available)
  • Product name
  • Exact error message (screenshot if possible)
  • Your device OS version (Windows/macOS)
I’m getting an “already used” or “cannot activate” message — can you help?
Yes. These messages can occur for several reasons (device changes, previous installs, account conflicts). Contact support with the error message and we’ll guide you through the correct steps.

Refunds & Returns

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day refund and returns period from the date of purchase, subject to our policy and eligibility checks. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
How do returns work for digital products?
Digital products can’t be physically returned. “Returns” are handled as cancellation/revocation of the digital entitlement (where applicable), followed by a refund if the request meets policy conditions.
How long do refunds take?
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

Do I need an account to purchase?
Some purchases can be completed with checkout details alone, but having an account may help you manage orders and support requests.
